In Video 2 of this series I use HTML and CSS to create the initial design of the blog feed. We’ll fill it with static content in preparation for adding Mavo. Topics covered are Flexbox, mobile-first design, and a tool for using meaningful dummy text in your designs.

What is Mavo?
Mavo.io is a new way to turn static HTML websites into reactive web applications. One line of code. No server back end. It’s a really easy way to go serverless. It is developed in the Haystack Group at MIT CSAIL and led by Lea Verou.
I’m a web developer near Chicago. I’ve been doing this for about 20 years and love teaching and making awesome projects.
